Does anyone know if this James Miller, born Aug. 12, 1748 in Baltimore Co. Maryland, He lived in Shenandoah Co. Va. when he enlisted in Oct. or Nov.1780 in Capt. Jacob Rinker's Company Va. Regiment. Died Aug. 26, 1841, filed for Rev. pension in Claiborne Co. Tn April 21, 1834. Did he have a daughter named Elizabeth Miller who married a David Roark June 5, 1814 in Claiborne Co. Tn. She is my g-g-grandmother. I am trying to find her father. He might have had a brother named Martin Miller, who also filed for pension in Claiborne Co. Tn. 1832.
