Hi Jamie:

In researching our Archbold ancestor, I have stumbled on only one other major family that came through the same general areas of the east coast, through Pennsylvania, and into Ohio in the same general timeframe, so in order to try and sort them out, I am trying to follow both families. Our Patrick was in Philadelphia circa 1755, and moved on to Westmoreland county where he died in 1802. Most of his family moved to Eastern Ohio in 1803-1814, and our part of the family moved on to Indiana in 1836-48. The part that stayed in Ohio is a mystery to us at this time. What can you tell me about George Quimby Archbold?
