Looking for John Peck b. 1773

Looking for John Peck b. 1773 in PA., location unknown. He was married to a Mary (no further info) had four children, Sara, Susannah,James & Nancy. Moved to Kentucky and later Greene County, Ohio. He died in Greene Co., Ohio 5 Nov 1845. In 1832 He married a Ruth Coffield Martin in Greene Co., Ohio. Unable to find where in PA., John was born at or the names of his parents.All leads have stopped at. Any help appreciated have some info on Pecks in Germantown, Ohio to share.
