Buffalo twp (then became Jefferson twp)
James Maxwell--- sons, Daniel and James, jr
daughter, Priscilla lived in household also

John Johnston--- later moved to Clearfield twp
sons, Samuel, Daniel, and James

James Wright---Buffalo twp children: Nancy, Priscilla, James, William, Jane, Mary "Margy", and Macy --she being from his 2nd marriage.

Robert and Abraham Maxwell of Butler twp--
Abraham, s/o Robert, was the Sheriff of Butler in 1824. His sons, Robert and William, and their mother, Elizabeth are on the 1850 cenus.

Other surnames connected with the family: Elliot, Brown, Morgan, Harbison, Greer, Martin, Spear, Campbell
