Jacob Lose families research

I am researching the History of Jacob Lose born 8-14-1806 or 1807. He has married twice once to a Miss Ulerich and 2 sons and to a Elizabeth Reece and had 11 children. His Sister's name is Sara who married a Samuel Bosler. I believe that thier father's name is Abraham Lose. Jacob's parents came to America from Holland about 1790. Jacob was born in Greensburg, Pa. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
