The memorial service for Irene Mullin will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Perl Funeral Home at Siskiyou Memorial Park.
Mrs. Mullin, 81, of Phoenix, died Sunday (July 7, 2002) at Medford Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center.

She was born Adeline Irene on Jan. 31, 1921, in Phoenix, to Doug and Ada Steadman. A lifelong Rogue Valley resident, she graduated from Phoenix High School and attended what is now Southern Oregon University. On Aug. 1, 1943, in Sanford, Fla., she married Robert "Moon" Mullin, who survives.
Mrs. Mullin worked for the United Service Organizations during World War II, in the Jackson County clerk’s office and as a legal secretary for several law firms.
She was a member of the JayCee-ettes, the Legal Secretaries Association and the Thursday Club.
Mrs. Mullin enjoyed music and being in the mountains.
Survivors, in addition to her husband, include a daughter, Melody Hasselback, in Michigan; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Robert.
