I am interested in any information about my Great Grandfather, James Neely. He was married to Elizabeth Francis Vannoy and they had a son and a daughter, Florence Mae. There was also a half brother but I have no information about the other marriage or whether he was the son of Elizabeth or James. They moved to Josephine Co. in the mid 1800's and owned the Blue Mountain Ranch, where Florence was born. Florence married John Curtin Cochrane and she and her children inherited the Blue Mountain Ranch. I am inclined to believe that Cleve Neely was the brother of Florence; he owned a mill in Grants Pass and a farm in the Rogue River Valley.
