I have two photos, taken in about 1914, of two children of Cecil Robert Wall. The 1930 census shows Cecil Robert Wall, his wife, Goldie, and three children, Garrett S., Virginia L. and Thelma M. living in Sharon, Franklin Co., OH. Cecil, who I believe was better known as Robert, was listed as a farmer. He had been in the Navy for a number of years, as a paymaster, which meant he was probably a warrant officer, having previously been enlisted.

In any case, I have one photo of Garrett with his young sister Virginia, and another of Virginia alone. They were likely taken in 1914, when Robert Wall was assigned at Chatanooga, TN, likely at the Navy Recruiting Office.
