I am writing a book on the actress Bebe Daniels and am searching for any info on her dad, who came from Edinburgh Scotland circa 1890's(?) and arrived in New York to study medicine. However when he got to New York he fell in love with the theatre and became an actor instead. His real name was Melville Daniel MacMeal and changed it to Danny Daniels when he became an actor.
