We are looking for information on Edmond (Edmund) Wiggins or some of his family that may have lived in St Stephens area of Washington Co.-which became the first co. in Alabama. Date was about 1800-1840. Records indicate property transactions during that period for Edmund and George Wiggins. We are told that the records from St. Stephens were sent to the capitol of Mississippi, and may be at Jackson, Ms. Thanks for all help
