Hi,
I am trying to find information out on a Brauer Shoe Mfg.Co. in St. Louis City. My late Uncle Fred Banister used to work their for a few years and learned the ropes from a Mr. Brauer. Mr Brauer was said to of trained my Uncle Fred for nine years to be a shoe material factory buyer.
Does anybody remember the Brauer Shoe Mfg.Co.
Mr. Brauer offered my Uncle Fred a salesman job on the West Coast including Oregon,Washington,and Montana and California. My Uncle made his home base in Glendale California. My Uncle eventually opened his own shoe store in Glendale, called Bannister Fine Shoes.
