I am looking for Joshua and John Kelly who may be sons of Jonathan Kelly and Patience Spencer. They are thought to have married Rhoda Jamison b. abt. 1790 who is shown in different files as marrying John Kelly 1810 Madison Co., KY. and Joshua Kelly 1810 Madison Co., KY. She is thought to be the daughter of Thomas Jamison and Hannah Taggart, although there is also a Rhoda Jamison who is the daughter of John Jamison and Elizabeth McWilliams who was born near the same time. Rhoda was divorced from John (or Joshua) and married Benjamin Heatherly. But they also divorced as she wanted to be back in KY with her parents. Does anyone know anything about these people who can shed some light on this confusion? Joshua Kelly died in 1835 Cole Co., MO about the same time my Joshua b. 1805 married Catherine Martin in the same place. Later in Boone Co., MO. I need help!
