Benjamin Franklin Dennis is listed on the 1850 census as being born in North Carolina. He relocated to St. Clair, Ill where he married Celia Cox in 1830. Then they moved to Pike County, Ill where they had their children. At about the age of 57, they relocated to Locust Hill, Knox County, Missouri where he died in 1872. I can not find record of his birth family. Can anyone help?
