My greatgrandparents are Joseph Dowacter and Serena McVey. They were residing in Livingston Co.Mo about 1880. They had a child there around that time which was my grandmother Zelpha Mary born 1890. Other children were Philo, Dan, Martha. I have not been successful in finding any additional info about them. I was told by my mother that Serena was born in Ireland 1857. I do have info about the children but not the parents. I know after Serena died he married mary ? and had a daughter named Alta who moved to Oklahoma. Help would be appreciated.
