I am researching EDMONDS, JORDAN (JOURDAN) and CLARK families that lived in HOWARD County MO from 1830 forward. They lived in the Clark's Chapel area west of New Franklin.

James JORDAN my GGGGrandfather purchased property in 1830 in the Clark's Chapel area.
William EDMONDS b. VA abt 1807 (my GGGrandfather) married Adaline JORDAN d.o. James and Elizabeth JORDAN in Howard County in 1840.

They had nine children. Octavia, James William, Frances Elizabeth, Richard Harrison, Jacob Winfield, Elias Lily, Sarah Amanda, Thomas Roland and John Gilbert.

My Great Grandfather Richard Harrison Edmonds first married Sarah Catherine RAY d.o. Samuel and Redosha RAY, then after her death married Sarah Elizabeth CLARK, d.o. William Reuben and Mary Elizabeth Dobson (Lee) CLARK.

Would like to hear from anyone researching any of the above.
