Looking for any information or old pictures of the Whorff axe factory or tavern in Madison, Maine in the mid 1800s. Also a church was built in 1830 by the same family. At the time the location was referred to as Whorff corners.John Whorff was the owner of these establishments he was also my ggg grandfather. Any info greatly apppreciated.
