Are you still reseaching Lebbeus?

I think I have myself slammed into the brick wall that is Lebbeus Simmons, he being my 4th great grandfather as I have things at present.

I am coming into him through Lydia Simmons, b. ca. 1795, who married James Parker on 29 Sep 1813 in Troy, Waldo Co., Maine. My research is pointing to her parents being Lebbeus and Mary (Douglas) Simmons.

James Parker is another huge brick wall for me, but he and Lydia had a son Capt. Hiram N. Parker, b. 1821 in probably Bradley, Penobscot Co., Maine, he being my Civil War ancestor. This family settled in Glenburn, Penobscot Co., Maine.
