I am researching John Allen Bowman (ca 1828-1877) who married Martha Ann Bean (ca 1830-ca 1892) in 1851 in DC. They lived in Berry's District, Montgomery Co., MD and had at least 8 children. One of them, Rachel Ann Bowman, married Joseph Todd Gingles about 1884. Anyone connect to this family?
