I believe the Bragg's moved to Bragg Home Colony, Bivouac, plantation 8-1865 near Thibodeaux, LA. They may have moved to his wifes family place, Evergreen Plantation, Terrebonne Parish, LA This was after the civil war. His wife Eliza Brooks Ellis, daughter of Richard G and Mary Jane Ellis.
