Does a list of pioneers led to the Rockcastle County area by Steven Langford exist? Are there any Smith Families on it? My gg grandfather James and his sister Mary (Polly) Smith say in censs reports they were born in Rockcastle Co. she in 1795, and he in 1797. That's abt 15 years before the county was formed.
