I am researching a line of Barefields.

Leroy Barefield married Lois (last name unknown). Lois was born in 3 Apr
1894, Died Sep 1987. I have NO info on Leroy other then his first and last
name, and the fact that he was married to Lois.

Last known address for Lois, according to the SSDI is 67467 Minneapolis,
Ottawa, Kansas, United States of America.

I would love any info on both Leroy, (Family rumor has it that he was full
blood Native American) or Lois. I will try to obtain a copy of Lois's SS
app to get HER family name, but for now, Barefield is all I have.

They had a daughter Named Mary Lou, who eventually married Richard Von Achen
and they had three children, Diane, Bill, and James. Diane is my mother.
Mary Lou is still alive in Santa Maria, California (as far as I know.)

Any information that can be provided would be VERY appreciated. I know I
have relatives in Kansas from this line, but I have never met them.
