I descend from Edmund and Mary COOPER. I am trying to find out Mary's maiden name. I know her first marriage was to James SEWARD and I am told her maiden name may be either FERRIS or SWAIN. I would also like to know Edmund's and Mary's parents. Edmund 1793 PA - 1858 OH, Mary 1791 NJ - 1865 Oh. Children of Edmund and Mary, Lewis 1821-1893, William Henry 1823-1850, Joseph Ferris 1827, Elizabeth 1829-1908, Mary Emmaline 1834-1917, George F. Lewis married mary Ann Terwilliger and I need her parents also. Lewis and Mary are buried in PAtoka- Oak Hill Cemetery along with many of their children.Appreciate any info anyone might have.
