Benjamin Lawyer died in Washington County 1899.

Looking for hints or facts on the Lawyer family of Washington County. Benjamin was born in NJ or PA (depending on source looked at) He married Mary Jane Wires Mar 08 1838 in Washington County. To my knowledge, they had eight children. Joseph b. abt 1839; William b. Apr 10, 1842; Silas b. Mar 16 1845; Rebecca Ann b. Oct 11, 1847; Albert b. Aug 25, 1851; Sarah Ellen b. May 28, 1854; Thomas Allen b abt 1857; Mary Jane b. Sep 24, 1863... Would love to know who Benjamin's parents were... Do have some info on Mary Jane Wires parents.
