I am looking for Peter Nichol(s), a Scotsman, who married Lois Anne Moore
who was born in Vermont, lived in Ontario, and died in Wisconsin. Their
children were: William Buell, Annie, Thomas, Elizabeth, Lois Anne,
Isabelle, Mary, Agnes, Henry, and Carrie M. Peter Nichol moved from
Wisconsin to Illinois, or Ohio, or ? after Lois Anne died in 1867. The
Nichol family so far has eluded me.

Peter and Lois Anne Moore Nichol were probably married in Canada.
Several of their children were born in Toronto, Quebec, Wisconsin, and
Illinois. They lived for a time in Trempeleau, Wisconsin where Lois
Anne and several of their children are buried. I have Lois Anne's line
and I am descended through Elizabeth Nichol. Could your Nichol have
been or traveled with the Peter Nichol family?
