I am looking for information reguarding the Baker Family of Champaign & Vermillion Counties, IL. Hiram Edward Baker b.9 Sept 1879; m.Inis Ellen Mitten of Ohio.
Hiram's father was Henry Morgan Baker b.17 Sept 1845 in Indiana. Cannot locate Henry in any cesus records in IN. Althoght he does appear in the 1870 IL census as woking as a farm laborer for a Mr.Barnett. He appears as MORGAN BAKER in census records after that as well.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
