Dr. Benjamin Franklin "Frank" West was doctor and postmaster in Angus, Boone County, Iowa Bet. 1881 - 1887. He married Mary Graham, dau of Nathan L. Graham and Mary Beard September 12, 1881 in Montgomery County, Indiana their home county. They had two known children:
Wilson W. West born September 1882 in Angus and he died there in September 1886 in a household fire.
Harold West was born July 03, 1884 - He was in Malaysia with his parents Frank West and Letty West (Mary's younger sister and Frank's second wife) in 1902. Mary was thought to have died in childbirth (obviously not Harold's).
