Sometime in the late 1800's, Alfred Clonts married Mary Jane (Molly) Foster. They're the parents of Leila Margaret Clonts (b. 1903 in Red Clay, Georgia). Other children Herbert, Bill (William?) and Charlotte (Lottie).

At some point, Alfred and Molly lived in or near Cleveland, Tennessee. I don't know if they ever lived in West Virginia; just that Leila and Lottie did.

Leila married Lee Napoleon Shelton. Not sure where they were married, but they ended up living in West Virginia, and had 8 children. Leila died in 1994. Lee in 1969.

Lee and Leila are my grandparents. If anyone has any information, I'd sure appreciate it.
