Looking for any information on Norma Lee. Her mama was Ruby Hatcher. Her daddy was Arnold Hill. He left and her mama then married James Slyvester Fountain of Doctors Inlet, Clay Co. Fla. That is where she was raised. She married Chuck Waller of LaGrange, Ga. She died between 1963 and 1965. She did have several children. Her two brothers are interested in locating her children.
