Hello Nancy:
I am looking for info on my g,g,grandfather Samuel Hooker Cowles. According to the Cowles Genealogy book he married a Harriet S. Goodwin in West Hartford, CT. I am wondering what happened to that marriage. In 1858 he married Sarah White in Buffalo, NY, where my g,grandmother Jennie Cowles was born. In the Cowles book there isn't any other entry for Samuel or Harriet other than their marriage.
Any help would be appreciated.
