Looking for missing Father

Iam looking for information on Fredrick McGraw.Born around 1940.Died in a racing accident around 1963. He raced dragsters. He lived with Shirley Ann Welch around time of death. This was my mother. His name is on my birth certificate.Do I have any aunts and uncles out there? My name is Thomasene Marie Welch- Scott.
