I'm looking for info on Joseph Pleasant Barber b. 1879, married first to Rose(Maxie) Pearson, dates unknown. They had a daughter, Mary Jane b. 1908. They were divorced, and the 1920 census shows him living with wife "Emilie" and 1 year old son "Beverly".
I have the 1880 census showing 1 year old Joseph living with his mother, Mary Jane and siblings in the home of Rufus Hotchkiss. I have a later census report (1910?) showing James C. Barber and Mary Jane Barber with Joseph Pleasant at age 20, along with other siblings. Census reports show that Joseph Pleasant Barber was born in CA, while James Coladan Barber was born in IL and Mary Jane (?) was born in Iowa. I've seen one report on the LDS site that showed Mary Jane as "Mary Jane Vilate Munjar", but I'm not sure that's correct, since I've been in contact with another person who has documented that Mary Jane Vilate Munjar was married to another man.
What I need to know is what happened with Joseph Pleasant Barber in later life, and I also need any and all info I can gather on his parents!

I so appreciate any help! I've been searching, and since I'm not a member of the "pay" boards, I can't access their records.
