Keron H. Unknown b. 1858 (Married a WHITE & BRANUM) AL > AR
Searching for a connection to KERON. Race is white and her maiden name is unknown.
I first located KERON married to a WHITE in the 1880 Madison, Alabama Census. It listed the following:
Henry White (HH) b. Abt 1855 in GA Father born in NC & Mother in GA. Keron (wife) b. Abt 1860 in AL Both parents born in GA--according to 1880 Census. Mary A. (daughter) b. Abt 1878 in AL William H. (son) 10 months at Census
Found KERON in 1900 Larkinsville, Jackson, Alabama Census listed as HH and a WIDOW. (No records of Henry's death). In this 1900 Census obviously Henry & KERON had more children together. Listed: Mary A., Eliza A., Minnie L., Franklin, Walter M., & Nettie M. All listed with the last name of WHITE.
Found KERON in 1910 Union, Conway, Arkansas Census. I KNOW this is the SAME KERON as in the 1900 Census, since it list her with her 2 youngest children (Walter M. White & Nettie M. White) from the 1900 Census. In this 1910 Census KERON was remarried to a man named Green Branum. NOTE: According to this Census both Keron's parents were born in Alabama, which contradicts what the 1880 Census says. STILL, I say it's the SAME KERON.
No other records have been found for KERON. I found a Green Branum in the 1920 Census listed as a WIDOW, could be him, maybe it's not.
Any help on these lines would be greatly appreciated!
