Dock White & Jennie Smith are the parents of my grandfather Thomas Franklin White (Sep 8, 1889 - Mar 27, 1969), which was born in Heflin, Cleburne, Alabama. Race is white. Dock could be a nickname, but DOCK does show up on the Social Security Application of Thomas Franklin White.

I knew my grandfather, but never knew his parents. I'm looking for a connection to them. I know they were living in Cleburne County Alabama in 1889 and I have no other information on them. Possibly they are connected to GA, AL, TX and/or KY. I do know that our White family has connections to many southern states.
