George Wood b. 1813 or 1815, England - married Zer

Does anyone have any info on George's parents/siblings? He married Zeruah Stoddard in Harrisville, NY in 1849 and died there in 1899. Don't know when he arrived in the USA, or why he came to Lewis County, NY (perhaps his family was somehow connected to the Stoddard family that came to Lewis Co. from MA in the 1700's), but he was born in England.
