Hello Wheeler Cousins:

Can anyone out there tell me if any of William Wheeler and Rebecca Heady Willis descendants are on any of the Cherokee or Deleware Indian census rolls? If so who are they and of what blood quantum? I have been told and have read that Rebecca Heady Willis was a full blood Deleware Indian.
