Martin married Charlotte Kinzel and had children both in Lebannon, Pennsylvnia, and in Virginia. Several of his children married children of Robert Hughey, b. in Glasgow, Scotland, and Lewraney (or Leweasia) Anne Thompson, after the Waggoner family moved to Virginia.
