I'm seeking help finding birthplace & parents of Joseph Taylor, b.April 1,1824 in unknown County, NY.
It seems to me after 40 years of searching, some clue could develop.
I have a rather lengthy list of his family.
The 1880 census states Joseph's father was born in New Jersey & mother born in Conn.
I know there are too many Josephs out there, but, if anyone from files on New Jersey or Conn. have a lost child Joseph, please contact me. Thanx from his gggrandson.
