Lydia Taylor married Ira Wood in 1817. They had 7 children who were born and married in Prescott, MA. A daughter was named Rebecca Wheeler Wood. So we think that Lydia may have been related to the Wheeler family. Rebecca married Charles Powers. Her sister, Emily Eliza Wood, married Otis Powers, and her brother, Oliver Lymon Wood, married Mary Powers. We do not know who Lydia's parents were. But we know that the Wood family has lived in MA. since the 1600's. Any information would be welcome.
