Hello,

I am beginning the process of tracing the history of my American immagrants from England in 1919. My great grandfather was Bernard Arthur Tayler, born about 1865 in England. Bernard took a wife by the name of Jessie Florence Cole, who was born about 1873 in England. The entire family came to America via Ellis Island in 1919. I am hoping to learn more about my Great Great Grandfather and Grandmother's families. Their Daughter, my Great Grandmother is Florence Amy Tayler who remembers stories of her great Grandfather who was possibly a designer of stained glass windows in St Paul's Catherdral - London. I don't know how accurrate this information is. She believes an even older ancestor's name is William Tayler, a land owner and titled individual of some sort.
