Kathy, Vince Stout from Wilmington, N.C. My father,Hal Stout was from Star,N.C.(montgomery co.N.C.)His father Carl Stout and his father James Taylor Stout were from the Star area. The family cemetery is in Randolph Co. All of this not far from Orange Co.which I've heard a lot of Stouts settled there, near Chapel Hill. This is all I know at the time.My mother has done more research.Let me know if I can help. Vince.
