help! BRICK WALL! he was born:17 january 1856-arkansas.(d)27 dec.1935-texas.he was 18,the 1st time he married,that wife & child died in childbirth.his 2nd marr:rhoda jane woolems.death certificate lists mothers name, but not fathers.but does say there were both born in ark. census records list 8 children born to this marriage,only 6 reached adulthood.their names were:katie,john,mary,laura,eula mae & clara.john said,he was 6 yrs.old when he came to tx.in the 1980's i wrote to the tower in london,england.recieved burke's parrish in reply. and stated how my family was related.how did they know this? mary,before she passed told me it was cyrus's grandfather that came from england.i'm just totally confused & frustrated.i have been looking for this man for over 20yrs!help!
