I too am seeking S. S. ( Sanford Samuel?) Saxon. He married Maranza Ann Adams in 1860. He served in the confederacy from Alabama. He died in Texas ca 1873. He may have been born in Georgia. His father may have been a Minister from Ireland. His mother may have been native american. He had children named Samuel Lewis, Robert, Edward, Everett, Marietta, Emnma Jane, Paratine, not in order and there may have been others. There is an unknown first wife.
