She married Jacob A. Strasser in 1852
in MO. Had Appollonia there 12/24/1852.
Moved to Davenport IA where Laura was born in 1855. Philomena died 2/1873 from
typhoid fever. Jacob remarried Pauline
Lerchen. He died 1912, she died in 1926ca. They are buried in Oakdale in
Davenport-cremation-columbarium. I can't
locate Philomena's burial site. Possible
guesses: Fairmont Cemetery where the crematorium was located for all of Davenport. Her birthplace was Baden but
that is all I know at present of her origins. Anyone connect?
