Seeking ancestors/descendents of my gg grandfather William Wilson Rogers, born Jan 22, 1843 and died May 26, 1899 in Llano Co., Texas. He was a farmer and a circuit-riding methodist preacher and served in the Company H 2nd Texas Infantry from 1861-1865.

He was married twice, (1) Sarah Elizabeth Williamson (2) Prudia Jane Williamson, and was the father of eight children: Daniel Martin (1866-1950), Stephen Edgar (1869-), William Thomas (1873-1936), George Washington (1875-1912), Marion Allen (1878-), John Wilson (1882-1969), Lela (1887-1978) and Amerson Levi (1890-1966).
