Looking for info on my ggrandfather Joseph Rodgers or Rogers (seen it spelled both ways). I believe he was born abt 1866 died 1952 in Warren Co. NC. He was part Cherokee and supposedly a medicine man. His first wife was Adeline, 2nd wife was my ggrandmother Mary Evans, b.abt 1890 d. 1927. He had at least 7 children, and they hve many, many grandchildren, etc. but I don't know who his parents were or anything about the rest of his childhood.
