My father is the son of James Frank PARKER, also known by Jack or Jimmie, who was born in Thomasville, Ga. on March 13, 1919 and died in Jacksonville, FL. in 1980.

James Frank PARKER's father was John Wesley PARKER, who was said to be from Thomasville, Georgia. The problem is, since he never married James Frank PARKER's mother (Charity Delila STRICKLAND ~1887-1953 from Thomasville also), all I know is what the family remembered. I can't confirm that he even existed because I have no dates for him, all I know is that he was from Thomasville and that was his name. I assume his dates are somewhere around 1880-1950. He probably got married to someone else in his life. All that my grandmother remembers about her husband's father is that he left Charity after living with her for about a year.
