William J Parker was born in December of 1867 in Woodville, Tyler Co, Tx to Tom Joseph Parker and Margaret Glass. I know he had one sibling, a Thomas Parker. His first wife was Ada Spencer, whom he married circa 1886 in Polk Co, Tx. My understanding is this marriage ended in divorce. 3 girls and one boy was the result of this union.He subsequently married my grandmother, Lula Highwater Rougeou in Alexandria, Rapides Parish, La, about 1807. Two girls, Mary ( Jack ) and Willie Viola ( Billie ), my mother was the result of this union.

I have been unsucessful in locating information beyond Tom Joseph Parker and Margaret Glass. Any6 help will be very much appreciated.
