I have found Marion and Tine Parker on the 1880 census in Wetaug, Pulaski County, Illinois. According to family legend, my grandfather's mother was a Parker who married a Parker. He said her name was Tiney, but he was very young when he stopped living with his mother,(I am not sure of the reason). He believed his father was Lark Tate. I found James L. Tate, along with his wife Martha and children, James, William, and Mary, living in the same village that census year. I know that my grandfather had half-siblings by that name, so I believe that the L. in James L. Tate was actually Larkin. If anyone has any information about these people, I would love to get it. Any clue, however small, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Sharon
