She died before 1861 since Francis A. Hart remarried a Lucy Ann Ruark and they are found on the Linn County KS 1870 census, also the 1865 KS State census.

Francis A. Hart's son Abram Hart was likewise in the Civil War; he is listed also in the KS census as Alexander D. Hart; but hs civil war record is under Abram Hart or Abram C. Hart.

No wonder we can't find our ancestors!! These names drive me nuts!!
