I am looking for any information on Richard Ferrell Parker. the only informantion I have on him is that he was married to Lois Virginia Palmer they had 8 children: Richard John, Lois Marie, Steven, Vicki, Victor, Brenda, Cynthia, Cheryl (or Sherly). I know that Richard John was Born in Peoria Ill in 1952 and passed away in 2001 in Fl. Some of the family lived in Alabama at one time, and in Flordia, but I do not know what happened to any of them.
